The 4^th CINEC International Research Symposium (CIRS) 2023 of CINEC Campus, Malabe, Sri Lanka provides a unique platform for scholars and researchers to share their valuable insights and latest research findings. This Symposium is held annually maintaining the standards of a formal research symposium, targeting academic excellence and aiming to create an intellectually stimulating environment that encourages the exchange of ideas, diverse perspectives, and groundbreaking discoveries. 

Papers are accepted from a wide range of disciplines including Engineering, Health Sciences, Humanities and Education, Management and Social Sciences, Maritime Sciences and Aviation.
